This day it’s the last VekoDinner of the season!

I gonna make a LVT VekoDinner. All vegan and organic! That means: no Monsanto! 3 courses just for €9. In Zaal 100 (Amsterdam). We serve the food from 18-20h. Come along or make a reservation!!

Menu:
Starter
–Good Soup
Main Course
– PastaPesto
– Italiën Veggies out off the oven  
– Tri colore Falafel
– Wortel met rozijntjes
– Beetroot Salad with dil
 Dessert
– Icecream and fruity sauce

Bon apetiet!! 

Good to know:  When everybody would eat like this, there is more then enough for the whole wide world!!!! And we don’t need Monsanto… Watch: ‘the world according to Monsanto‘ and… know what you eat!!

Als iedereen zo zou eten, dan is er meer dan genoeg voor de hele wereldbevolking en…
zijn we van Monsanto af! Kijk naar ‘de Wereld volgens Monsanto’ …. en weet wat je eet!!

This Friday after the food: Blues Bliss in Zaal 100! Blues Bliss is a blues social dance night, with Quints secret cocktail to bring you in the mood and a music surprise!

I gonna make a ShoarmaVekoDinner. All vegan and organic! That means: no Monsanto! 3 courses just for €9. In Zaal 100 (Amsterdam). We serve the food from 18-20h. Come along or make a reservation!!

– Bissara
Main Course
– Veggie Shoarma with garlic sauce
– Bulgur  
– Broccoli
– Fried Peppers
– Hoemmoes
– Tomato Salad with maize and balsamico
 Dessert
– VanillaPudding and fruity sauce

Wed. 22th of june: MiddleEasternVekoDinner in Zaal 100… Just €9!

FFIPP invites you to join us at the Middle-Eastern Food Night in Zaal 100. It will be an evening of delicious Middle-Eastern food and beautiful music. For example: THIRLY with Amazigh Music (Berber Songs from… Amsterdam).
So come, enjoy and support the work of FFIPP for the people from Palestina (FFIPP: Educational Network for Human Rights in Palestine/Israël).

The food is vegan and organic! That means: no Monsanto! 3 courses just for €9. We serve the food from 18-20h. and also after 22.10h because of Ramadam.
Come along or make a reservation!!

 MAIN COURSE
-Mjadara  Rice and lentils with unions and yoghurt on top
-Taboulleh 
-Hummus with pitabread 
-Roasted eggplant with some tahin/yogurt sauce
