It’s cold again, so… I gonna make a 3x ‘Stamppot’VekoDinner (18-20h).
Very nice & good food!! All vegan and organic! That means: no Monsanto! 

Menu (3 courses, €9):
Starter
-Mustard Cauliflower Soup
Main Course
-3x Vegetable Mash (3 stamppotjes!)
-Bourgignon
-Mixed salad 
Dessert
-Yoghurt Icecream with Fresh Fruit and Oats         

Bon apetiet!! 

Zaal 100 (Amsterdam). We serve the food from 18-20h. Come along or make a reservation!!

Good to know:  When everybody would eat like this, there is more then enough for the whole wide world!!!! And we don’t need Monsanto… Watch: ‘the world according to Monsanto‘ and… know what you eat!!

Als iedereen zo zou eten, dan is er meer dan genoeg voor de hele wereldbevolking en…
zijn we van Monsanto af! Kijk naar ‘de Wereld volgens Monsanto’ …. en weet wat je eet!!

Each Wednesday:  3 course Dinner (Organic & Vegan!) for €9! Lets come together and…. eat.
And: no Mosanto involved! Look at ‘the World according to Monsanto’…. and know what you eat!!

18.00-20.00h: Delicious VEGAN food in Zaal 100 (Amsterdam).

20.00-20.30h: a performence from Marieke and Tilo!  They play on their Harp and Flute for you… 

Menu:
STARTER
–Arabic Beetroot Soup 
MEAN
– Arabic Rice 
– Moroccan Veggie Dish with Chickpeas 
– Middle Eastern Lentil Salad with Paprika
– Green Salad with Tahini Dressing
DESSERT
– Homemade Apple Cake with Cream & Cinnamon

Gezellig, lekker VekoDiner in Zaal 100. Iedere woensdag : 3 gangen (eko/vegan!!). Monsanto vrij voor €9. Vanaf 18u. in Zaal 100. En waarom Monsanto vrij?? Kijk naar ‘de Wereld volgens Monsanto’ …. en weet wat je eet!! Helaas is de in het Nederlands vertaalde versie van YouTube verwijderd. Dus kijk de Engelse versie hierboven genoemd!

21.00-………… : Duo Velickovic Murayama, with a survey into silence and sound! (cost €5)
